Axiomtek’s core values include our strong belief in corporate social responsibility and giving back to the local communities in which we operate. In 2016, we donated over 1,000 pounds of food items to the Los Angeles Food Bank’s General Family/Household Distribution & Meal Programs. We are proud of our team’s contributions and will continue our commitment to support and positively impact our local communities for years to come.

Resource Investments:
 We continued to invest our resources in new solutions research and development (R&D). We added more engineers, including experienced software, quality and application engineers to help deliver complete, reliable solutions to all of our customers. We expanded the design engineering centers in the US in 2016 and put forth the plan for the next few years to launch additional engineering centers in our locations in Europe, Asia Pacific, Australasia, North and Latin America.

We have built a strong ecosystem of partners including application software and other solution providers who are leading technology game changers in their industries to offer cutting-edge, end-to-end solutions to our customers.
Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality and On-time Delivery:
 In 2016, we worked hard on improving our product quality and customer support programs ranging from comprehensive OEM/ODM services that can be tailor-made to support all stages of solution development from beginning to end. Our customers have provided feedback through formal surveys and ranked us high in all areas. Our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) rate was kept very low in 2016, proving that our product quality is among the best in its class. Our on-time delivery rate was over 98% and continues to show a strong upward trend. |
