2014 Reflections and 2015 Anticipations

With the start of a New Year, it's important for all of us at Axiomtek to reflect on our last year's goals, progress and the achievements that we have made. We look forward to 2015, our 25th year in business, and continuing to focus on serving you and the ever-changing industry needs of our customers. In looking back on 2014, we believe that whether you measure success in customer satisfaction, the latest in innovative technology, product quality or business growth - our company has shown a strong commitment in providing world-class products and services to our customers and partners.

2014 was a busy but highly satisfying year for all of us here at Axiomtek. We are proud of what we have accomplished and would like share some of the highlights with you.

Product Quality and Customer Service

Customer satisfaction is highly important to us at Axiomtek. Your feedback, whether from our customer satisfaction surveys or through the sales team, was taken as a matter of the utmost importance. We have worked year-round to ensure that all areas of our operations are meeting your, and our, highest expectations.

2014 was the year we made major strides to improve our quality control processes. The results from all of our facilities in the United States have shown significant improvements in the key areas below:

• Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) rate. We exceeded our 2014 goal and went as low as 0.2 percent - a clear indication of our company's adherence to high quality standards.
• On-Time Delivery (OTD) rate reached 100% for many months last year through the efforts placed on enhancing our order planning process.

  We also took a big step to protect your merchandise, company data and confidentiality by going through the qualification process as a member of the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT). We worked with the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to safeguard our supply chain, identify and improve any existing security gaps and implement specific measures to ensure the highest security level. We are now designated as a low-risk company and a member in compliance with stringent C-TPAT standards.

Company-wide Growth

2014 was a year of great success for our entire company We will reach a quarter of a century mark in 2015 and are well-positioned to support our customers in the years to come.

We would like to share with you some of the achievements we have accomplished in 2014.

• 19% revenue growth rate for our entire global company
• 8.44% increase in number of employees
• Axiomtek North American business unit's growth rose at an exponential rate.
  Our revenue reached 22.2% over its 2014 goal
• 35% increase in major account customers for Axiomtek North American business unit alone

  As we move forward into 2015, our company's milestone year of being in business for a quarter of a century, we have undoubtedly proven that we have served our growing list of customers and partners well. As one of the leaders in the industry who understands a variety of industry-specific needs, we will continue our commitment to you by designing and manufacturing high quality and reliable products and implementing the latest technology to ensure that we have the best to offer our customers and potential customers. We will keep our focus on improving our quality control process, enhancing our production engineering capacity and reducing our return merchandise rate. Our goal is to continue to earn your trust and keep our promise to deliver the best-in-class products and services you deserve.
