AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection)
Introduction
The AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) system has been
widely used for production detection today, from PCB,
film, LCD panel, solar cell to wafer industries. It is suitable
for the detection of inaccurate component mounting,
reversed components, missing components, incorrect
polarity, missing solder, bridging. Thus, the AOI system
can render manufacturers the ability to efficiently
inspect defects with high accuracy and performance.
To meet this increasing demand, Axiomtek's embedded
box PC and PCI Express card are the proven solution to
save manufacturers' cost by high speed operation in a
stable inspection environment.
Our Solution
- Axiomtek's IPC910H supports socket M Intel® Core™2 Duo, Core™ Duo, and Celeron® M processors with 533/667 MHz FSB. The Intel® 945GME Express chipset featuring the Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 950 offers enhanced graphics and increased I/O bandwidth. Additionally, the fanless embedded system offers two PCIe slots (PCIe x1 & PCIe x4, or 2 PCIe x1) to deliver massive expansibility, and supports two DDR2 533/667 SODIMM sockets up to 4G (optional) system memory. It also supports one 2.5" hard disk for high-capacity storage and one CompactFlash™ type II socket for onboard solid-state storage. Even more, the IPC910H features two power connector options, Din-jack and Phoenix plug, making it easier applied in a wider range of environments.
- The AX93501 is a 2-channel IEEE-1394b PCI Express card designed ideally for camera images acquisition and data-intensive applications that require fast and reliable data transferring into the host system. It effectively leverages the PCIe x1 serial link to increase throughput and minimize latency. Each card includes a standard size PCIe mounting bracket, two bilingual 1394b ports with locking screw connectors.
