Ever since the first day Axiomtek was established as a business, we have been on a journey to deliver innovative solutions and high level of service that are key to our customers’ success. After spending the past 30 years growing our business from a start-up to a global corporation with offices and facilities all across three continents, I feel very privileged to be writing this message to you. 2020 is a special year in our company history. It is a start of a new decade and also marks our company’s important milestone, our 30th year in business.

There has been a lot of changes in our organization since its conception in 1990. We started out as a systems integrator for industrial solutions. With years of experience as one, we understand systems integrators’ needs and have evolved to become a leading design and manufacturer of innovative industrial computer and embedded solutions for systems integrators, OEMs and ODMs. Since then, we have excelled in all areas of the business and especially in the delivery of solutions and services within our focused industries that has expanded to include automation, medical, energy and utilities, education, transportation, casino gaming, retail and network appliances. We have grown to have offices, engineering centers, manufacturing and integration facilities and logistics hubs in over 30 locations in Europe, Asia and North America – so that we can provide fast and personalized services and solutions with our local resources in support of regional needs.

In the past decade alone, we nearly doubled our revenue growth and workforce. We invested in R&D and engineering resources to create industry-specific solutions that include both hardware and software to ease our customers’ project challenges. We also embraced diversity, were and still are thankful for the incredible contributions from our people and their passion for doing the best and being the best at all that they do. We continued our commitment to corporate social responsibilities and intended to leave this world a better place than when we started.

It is also important to note that we have not changed in our core values. We believe in innovation and our people’s ability to help us achieve greatness. We know that our customers are the most important reason we are in business today. Our commitment to providing exceptional solutions, value and services to our customers will continue to drive our organization’s purpose into the next decade.

Looking ahead, I do believe that our success will be determined by our ability to lead with unique technologies for AIoT and serve our key markets with innovatively-designed solution packages of hardware and software – coupled with unmatched engineering and value-added services that will help lessen the challenges our customers face. We will continue to enlist more technology partners and increase collaborations with our growing ecosystem who are leaders in their fields. With such alliances, we will create synergy and better deliver solutions, value and the expertise our customers need.
