The fanless medical touch panel computer is certified with EN 60601-1 for use in medical environments. It is versatile and feature-rich, with multiple I/O options for integration with different peripherals. This high quality medical panel PC is expandable and customizable, and can be used in a variety of healthcare applications including integration with nursing carts and other medical devices as a point-of-care terminal or health facility infotainment terminal.
The MPC152-845 is powered by the low power consumption dual-core Intel® Celeron® processor N3060. It has a 15-inch XGA TFT LCD display with a resistive touchscreen and 420 nits of brightness. The slim medical panel PC comes with rich I/O interfaces including one RS-232 port, one RS-232/422/485 port, two USB 3.0 ports, two USB 2.0 ports, two Gigabit Ethernet ports, one 8-bit DIO port and one audio (Line-out) port. In addition, the MPC152-845 offers two PCI Express Mini Card slots for RFID, 3G, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connection- which can be used for real-time patient data access and processing. This industrial-grade medical panel PC can withstand an operating temperature range of 0°C to +40°C (+32°F to +104°F) and up to 2G of vibration. Its IP65-rated spill/dust-resistant front bezel can protect it from damage due to spilled liquids.
The MPC152-845 has one 204-pin DDR3L-1600 SO-DIMM socket for up to 8GB of system memory. It also features one 2.5” SATA HDD and one mSATA for storage. For enhanced flexibility and ease of its setup process, two choices of power input are being offered: a medical-grade AC/DC power adapter with a screw-type connector, or a DC power input with a terminal block connector. This compact MPC can be panel- or wall-mounted with a VESA arm or a desktop stand. Its thoughtful design includes an easily accessible external switch for AT/ATX mode selection. The MPC152-845 can be run on a variety of operating systems including Windows® 10, Windows® 8.1, Windows® 7, WES 7 and WE8S.
