We know that long-term availability is one of the most important factors of consideration when our customers are making product development decisions. Extending the product life and ensuring resources and parts are available throughout the life cycle is critical to success. Our products are manufactured to last. Designs are vetted and components are selected to insure the finished product yields a long and stable life. Second sources on critical components are identified and tested for compatibility in the event they are needed. We have a history of providing support and ensuring parts availability beyond 7 years. With recent embedded microprocessor technology advancements that offer extended life and availability of 15 years, in many cases, our products can offer the same lifespan.
During the active life of the Axiomtek product, all software and firmware updates, along with any repairs, are covered under a 2-year warranty policy from the date of shipment. The standard warranty can be extended for up to 3 additional years for a total of a 5-year warranty period. Our End-of-Life notification process provides customers with 12 months of notification whenever possible to allow for last time buy commitments and the requalification of replacement parts. After the product has finally been declared end-of-life, and production has ceased, extended technical support and product repairs will continue as long as original replacement parts are available. Repairs for discontinued products will be quoted upon request on a time and material basis. Axiomtek's online eRMA offers easy access to RMA services. Containing a wide range of test reports, our eRMA site provides customers with the most updated repair information. All RMA tracking information is available for viewers online. It is simple to use and is accessible online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
